Yes agree.. he fixed our old boat at short notice when we arrived, and we enjoyed an evening at 'The Boat' with him and his wife. Is he now the warden at Thrup? Because I saw him out with the mower when we were there last.

Great to hear you got on with him too! I am not sure about the warden situation but he does do the mowing from time to time!!!
